My recent stay had a mix of highlights and disappointments. The hotel is beautifully clean and the amenities are generally good, but the spa facilities left much to be desired due to lack of maintenance. The staff is friendly and accommodating as well. However, the dining experiences and some service areas could use improvement to enhance the overall experience.
